Evet dediðim gibi evinizde gol yememek ve deplasmanda gol atmak çok önemli bu maçlarda. Barca'ya da evimizde göz açtýrmadýk. Deplasmanda ise sadece bir gol için oynadýk. Bu arada 90 artýlarda Moloi öyle bir gol attý ki ben daha önce bu oyunda hiç böyle bir gol görmedim efsane olur :)

Aldýk vallahi :) Aslýnda hiç ummadýðýmýz bir senede geldi. Kadrodan çok adam býrakmýþtýk. Yatýrým için aldýðýmýz gençlere forma verdik ve onlarda o eþiði geçti artýk birer star çoðu :)

Mali fair play bizim iþimiz :) Ýlk seneden itibaren baya iyi gittik ekonomi dengesi konusunda. Güçlü bir ekonomimiz oldu bu sayede. Bu sene ÞL den de çok iyi paralar geldi. Aþaðýda bir resimde de mayýs aylarýnda gelirler patlamýþ Süper Lig için ödemeler mayýsta lig bittiðinde yapýlýyordu yanýlmýyorsam o dikkatimi çekti :)

Avrupa'da Lig sýralamalarýnda Ligimiz deðer kazanarak 2 basamak yükseldi. Yani deðer yitiren bir ligi domine etmiyoruz. Ayrýca Kulübümüz de 11 basamak yükselerek Avrupa'da 14.sýraya oturdu. Yine geçen yýl Þampiyonlar Liginde aldýðýmýz puanlarla ülke puanýna büyük katkýda bulunduk. Katsayýmýz yükseldi ve bu yýl Þampiyonlar Ligine 2 takým direk gidecek ve bir takým ön eleme oynayacak bu Türkiye Ligi açýsýndan müthiþ birþey !

En son Þampiyonlar Ligini de alýnca odaðýmýzý kaybettik biraz. Oyunu renklendirmek adýna Ýstanbul'a gitsek mi karar veremedim. Beþiktaþ kötü durumda uzun zamandan beri de Þampiyon olamýyor. Eski günlerine döndürmek lazým KaraKartallarý NE DERSÝNÝZ ?

3-4 gün sonra ara transfer dönemi açýlýyor. Kadroda ciddi eksiklikler var. Yine de bu güne kadar iyi geldik. Yapýlacak takviyelerle daha iyi bir Beþiktaþ oluþturacaðýz. Bu arada Okoye ben gelmeden önce alýnmýþ o da aramýza katýldý. Fena oyuncu gibi durmuyor. Ama Karþýyaka'daki gibi belli noktalara genç yetenekler kiralayacaðým.

Altyapýya yeni oyuncular geldi en önemli ikisi efendim buyrun. Özellikle Kaleci olan Murat Tekin'i kiralýk gönderip piþmesini falan beklemeden önümüzdeki sezon þans vermeyi düþünüyorum. Eðer þuan bir Casillas efsanesi varsa bu Madridin ona güvenip 17 yaþýnda Real kalesini teslim etmesiyle baþladý. Bizde Türk futboluna yeni bir kaleci kazandýracaðýz..

8.Hafta sonunda Beþiktaþ'ý aldýðýmýz nokta buydu. Sezon sonu geldiðimiz nokta budur. Yönetime Avrupa'ya gideriz dedik o haftalarda. Sözümüzü tuttuk. Ama bence sezonun kýrýlma aný Vodafone Arena'da oynadýðýmýz G.Saray maçýnýn 90+ dakikalarýnda kazandýðýmýz penaltýyý atmamýz ve o maçtan 3 puanla ayrýlmamýz 3-2 þeklinde. Bu sonuç aslýnda bize Avrupa biletini verdi. Göreve geldikten sonra oynadýðýmýz maçlarda sadece 2 maðlubiyet aldýk. Biri kupada Gs maçý TT Arena'da 2-1 diðeri ise ligde Saraçoðlunda Fener'e 1-0 yenildik ama üstün olan taraf bizdik. Seneye büyük iþler yapacaðýz bu takýmla.

Seneye her kulvarda kafaya oynayacak takýmý kuruyoruz. Ýlk olarak Personel kadromuza el attýk hocasýndan doktoruna kimseyi býrakmadýk kulüpte, sadece benim de reel hayatta çok sevdiðim Edin Terziç kaldý yardýmcým olarak onun dýþýnda tüm ekip deðiþti. Karþýyaka'dan da ekibimde bulunan 1-2 kiþi aramýza katýldý.

Eðer Karþýyaka Bonazzoli ve grimaldo,carpo gibi oyuncularla sözleþme yenilemezse kiralýk olarak biz de þansýmýzý deneyeceðiz tabi Karþýyaka yenilemezse takýmlarýnýn onlarý býrakacaðýný çok da zannetmiyorum :) Olmazsa onlarýn muadillerini yaratacaðýz ;)

Jose Rey'i çok iyi hatýrlýyorum. Bu oyuncuyu Karþýyaka'ya almak istemiþtik Beþiktaþ'tan zamanýnda. Fakat fiyatý yüksek gelmiþti. Daha sonra çok iyi oynadý ligde ve aþaðýdaki resimlerden görüldüðü gibi çok iyi kazançlar saðladý Beþiktaþ'a. Ýþin ilginç tarafý hala kazandýrmaya devam ediyor. Sonraki satýþ maddesi devreye girince takýmýmýza hatýrý sayýlýr bir kazanç daha getiriyor. 39.500.000 Euro'ya Atletico Madrid'den Arsenal'e imza atýnca bizim de kasamýza otomatik olarak 6.750.000 Euro nakit giriyor.

Transfer Özeti de aþaðýdaki gibi. Elimizde çalýþmak istemediðimiz oyuncularý güzel rakamlara sattýk bence daha yükseði de olmazdý. Gelir gider dengesi de çok iyi oldu. Mali Fair Play'de de sýkýntý yaþamayacaðýz. Takým takviyelerle baya iyi bir duruma geldi. Ligin 2 numaralý favorisi olarak gösteriliyoruz. Fakat Karþýyaka geçen seneki kadrosundan; Bonazzoli,Grimaldo,Carpo,Atangana gibi müthiþ yeteneklerini kaybetti. Bence bu sene beklemedikleri bir yerde bitirebilirler ligi. Oldukça zevkli bir sezon geçireceðiz. Bence Baþakþehir-Eskiþehir-Kasýmpaþa gibi takýmlar da baya baya zorluyacaklar sonuna kadar. En çok da Fenerbahçe ve Galatasaray'ý merak ediyorum.

Karþýyaka'dan eski oyuncumuz Alejandro'da çok büyük bir imza attý. Carpo ile sað kanatta çok büyük iþler yapmýþlardý.
Ayrýca kendisini Ýspanya A Milli takýmýna da davet ettik.

Onun dýþýndan Ýspanya Kadrosunda çok ciddi bir revizyon yaptýk. Oldukça genç bir kadro ile yeni bir jenerasyon yakalayacaðýz.

Basýn bizi yerden yere vurdu. Birçok yaþlý yýldýzý almadým kadroya herkes þikayetçi ama ilerleyen zaman bizi haklý çýkaracak !

Kadýköy'de Fenerbahçe galibiyeti ile bu seneki ilk derbimizi kazanýyoruz. Onun dýþýnda Transfer dönemi bitmesine saatler kala Zenit'e çok güzel bir satýþ yaptýk. Ekonomimiz çok güzel. Ayrýca dediðim gibi Karþýyaka kan kaybetmeye devam ediyor. Yýldýz Güney Afrikalý Reed de satýlmýþ.

Kardeþim revizyon'un kelime anlamý;

"Bir iþin planlandýðý biçimde gidip gitmediðini denetleme ve eðer öngörülen plandan bir sapma varsa, gerekli düzeltmeleri yapma."

Ýspanya Milli takýmýnda da miyadýný doldurmuþ kaþarlar vardý :) Eskiden bu oyuncular iyiydi ama artýk eski günlerinde deðiller mesela Sergio Busquets çok büyük oyuncuydu ama artýk bizim kadroda yeri yok bence.
