A Football Manager 2017 update (v17.2.0) is now available to download.
To get the update simply quit and restart Steam and your game should update to version 17.2.0.

Sorma ya. Abi zaten baþkandan ne istesem reddediyordu þerefsiz. O ara kýllanmýþtým. Þampiyon olduk ertesi maç beni kutlayýp bir gün sonra da kovdu. Yerime de Benfica'yý 3. yapan Rui Vitoria çapsýzýný getirdi. Rapçi olsam diss atardý þerefsiz baþkana ya da bilsem tüm bütçeyi gidip kazma bir adama gömerdim intikam için.

Diðer oyunlardaki sinir bozucu bir durum FM 17'de de mevcut; hem ara hem de yaz transferinin son gününde ortalýkta izleme falan da yokken bir oyuncunuza gelen teklif ile her þeyin birbirine girmesi.

Hele ki genç ve potansiyeli yüksek, sizin için önemli bir oyuncuysa büyük takýmlar gelip salça oluyor, komik teklifler yapýyor. Doðal olarak kabul etmiyorum ve oyuncu ciddi problem çýkartýyor. Bari teklif yapacaksýnýz, bütün ay neredeydiniz be birader...

Fenerbahçe adýna cevap vereyim en azýndan, oyuncularý tamamlamaya çalýþtým 2 oyuncu hariç. O ikisi için de makul sebeplerim var. Birinin oyunu bana yeterli veri vermedi ve þu anda yakýn zamanda kiralýk gitti zaten. Diðeri de altyapý dahil bu sezon hiç bir maçta forma giymedi. Dolayýsý ile bir fikrim yok. Her oyuncu için bütün özellikleri tamamlayamayabiliriz; çünkü Gençlik Geliþim Ligleri hiç bir zaman profesyonel bir lig gibi sertlik ve yüksek seviye içermiyor. Bugün Fenerbahçe U21 takýmý fiziksel avantajý ile takýmlarý sindirerek U21'de lider ama bir çok oyuncusunun profesyonel liglerde kalamama potansiyeli de mevcut. Bu ligin genel seviyesini ve ne vaad edebildiðini tahayyül etmeye çalýþýn. Ýspanya'daki gibi profesyonel liglerde oynayan A2/A3 takýmlarý olmalý ki, genç oyuncular bu sert profesyonel liglerdeki takýmlara karþý duvara toslayarak eksiklerini görmek ve üzerine gidebilmek vasýtasý ile kendilerini geliþtirebilme fýrsatý yakalasýnlar. Bu tüzük bir an önceki çýkmalý ve isteyen takýmlar gereken þartlarý tamamlayarak A2/A3 takýmlarýný PTT 1. Lig/Spor Toto 2.Lig/Spor Toto 3. Lig'de oynatabilmeliler. Ayrýca bu takýmlara ana takýmdan A2/A3 kadrolarýna kalýcý yazdýrabilmek için transfer kullanmaksýzýn yeni sözleþmeye gerek kalmadan geçiþ hakký opsiyonu da verilmeli.

Hal böyle olunca Gençlik Geliþim Ligleri'nde birbirleri arasýndaki performanslarý da deðerlendirmede kýyas kabul etmiyor. Bariz özellikleri dýþýnda kafamda günümüz futbolunda ne verebiliri hayal ettirmek zorunda býrakýyorlar. Dolayýsý ile emin olduðum veriler bazý oyuncularda az olacak ve yine bu sebepten ötürü de bazý oyuncularýn profilini kýsmen doldurmuþ olacaðýz. Bununla beraber ne þanslýyým ki; Fenerbahçe, Türkiye Kupasý'nda altyapýndan oyuncu oynattý. Diðer takýmlarda bu durum da yok. Bununla beraber FB TV HD olduðundan rahatlýkla izleyebilirim. Galatasaray TV, Beþiktaþ TV, Bursaspor TV dýþýnda spor takýmý kanalý hatýrlamýyorum. Zaten onlar da karýncalarýn düðününden hallice göz yoran bir yayýnla izlenemez durumda. 2 senedir akreditasyonsuz Fenerbahçe tesislerine girmeniz yasak ve onu almak da hiç kolay deðil. Anadolu takýmlarýnda televizyonda izlemen þansýnýz da yok. Þehrinde yaþayan takýmý izleyen gözlemcilerimiz belki tesise gidip izleme fýrsatý bulabilir ama ayný anda bir çok takýmý büyük zahmetlere girerek televizyondan düzenli takip etmek sureti ile deðerlendiren gözlemcilerimizin baþka þehirlerdeki bu takýmlarýn altyapýlarýný yerinde düzenli izleme ihtimalleri maalesef yok.

Eðer yeterli futbol kültürüne sahip olarak bu iþi þehrinizdeki takýmýn altyapýsý ile beraber yapabileceðinizi beyan edebiliyorsanýz lütfen gözlemcilik yapmak için baþvurun. Nasýl baþvurabileceðiniz araþtýrma forumunda sabit konuda var. Þehrinizdeki takýmdan ziyade bu aþamada düzenli maç izleyerek doðru deðerlendirmeyi yapabilecek kültüre sahip gözlemci sayýsýný arttýrmaya ihtiyacýmýz var. Þehrinizdeki takýmý her noktasý ile gözlemleyebilecek kiþilerin katýlmasýndan tabi ki memnuniyet duyarýz ama bu iþi yapabilecek sayýda kiþinin olmamasý durumunda, yapýlacak bir eleþtirinin herhangi bir mantýk çerçevesinde deðerlendirilebilecek bir temele sahip olmasý mümkün gözükmüyor.

Yardýmcý antrenörler için de antrenör ile kiþisel iliþkiniz olmasý lazým ki fikir beyan edebilesiniz. Yardýmcý antrenörün herhangi bir takýmý yönetmeden ne düþündüðünü bilmemiz ve taktiðini/yönetme þeklini oyuna girmemiz mümkün deðil. U21 antrenörü Þenol Çorlu ve U19 antrenörü Hasan Kemal Özdemir için halihazýrda yönetme þeklini ve taktiði de girdim. Örneðin Hasan Kemal Özdemir, bu sene 352 þablonundan 3421 oynatmaya baþladý ve eski taktiðini de güncelledim. Yardýmcý antrenörün düþündüklerini ve uygulamalarýný öðrenmek için ne yapabilirim fikriniz varsa beyan ederseniz sevinirim.

Antrenörlük kursunu bitirmek antrenörlük yeteneðini arttýrmaz ki. 3 günlük kurs onlar. Gerekli þartlarý tamamlayanlar lisans alabilsin diye konulmuþ prosedür eðitimler. Maksat her kafasýna esen antrenör olamasýn. Esas eðitimi Spor Akademisi'nde (BESYO) alýrsýn.
