After reading TTF 09, I decided to try to play a Role Theory tactic, which is very similar to what Arsene Wenger uses in real life. Do you want to play like Arsenal? You want to play short, quick passes leading to many chances, or maybe you want your target man to score headers, this is what I am trying to perfect in this tactic.

What is the tactic:
* Tempo is quick, wide width to offer attacking wingers/attacking full backs, you should get 2 or 3 clear cut chances at least in match.
* 4-4-2 shape, with no gaps between defence and midfield or midfield and attack.
* Set up for quick counter attack.
* If you are conceding a lot of goals with this tactic, change the defensive line to normal and make the full backs more defensive.

So I tried to use a team less talented than Arsenal - I used Hull, just to prove this tactic doesn't work on extremely talented teams only. It takes 3-4 games for a team to get used to it.

Here is my picture of success with Hull:

Mentality of team (see how the sliders have been balanced, some players have a defensive mentality, some have supporting, some have attacking)

Right back's instructions, the full backs are very important..
