Galatasaray maçı müthiş bir maçtı . 1-0 geriye düştük ve 5 gol bulduk. Maçı domine ettik. Gençlerbirliği maçında 2 kornerden 2 gol yedik. 3 gün sonra oynanıcak Türkiye kupası yüzünden konsantrasyon sorunu yaşadık. Ligde 3 maç kazanırsak Şampiyonluğu ilan ediceğiz

Evindeki akhisar ve giresunu yenebilirsin her ne kadar düşmemeye oynasalarda. Ama bursa ile kayseriden emin değilim. Birde bjk nin maçlarıda önemli olacaktır.

Çok iyi olmamakla birlikte şampiyonluğa ulaşmak mutluluk verici. Özellikle Ethem'in ve Guidetti'nin performansı beni mutlu ediyor.

Dieogoyu yollaman çok iyi olmuş. Takımda huzursuzluk çıkarıyordu.
Crewe den Callum Sanders e de bir baksana. Türk pasaportlu bir forvet oyuncusu.

Diego'yu gönderdikten sonra tecrübeli sağlam bir orta saha alıcağımı söylemiştim. Fellaini beğendiğim bir oyuncu güzel ücrete transfer ettik. Henriquez de aynı şekil beğendiğim bir oyuncu biraz şişiklik oldu eğer güzel şekilde halledebilirsem güzel kadro olucak.

Transfer sezonunu geride bıraktık. Orta saha için Fellaini ve Robin Yalçın Forvet için Henriquez'i transfer ettim. Geçen sezon Ş.L de ve kupada kadro çıkarmak için zorlanıyordum. Bu sezon daha rahat seçimler olucak. Rekabetin çok olduğu yerden başarılar çıkacağını umuyorum. Diğer genç transferlerimiz kendilerini gösterme şansı bulucaklar performansını geliştiren bizle devam edicek. Çoğunuza kötü olarak gözükebilir bende deneme amaçlı transfer ediyorum. Fazla bir ücret ödemediğim için bu riski almak istiyorum. Keza Ethem'i 40B â‚¬ gibi bir ücrete aldım attığı golleri gördünüz. Diego'ya göre daha fazla verim aldım diyebilirim. Önü açık bir oyuncu.

Bence zorlu bir grup çekmişsin. Tahmin edilmesi biraz zor diyorum.
Gençlere gelince bence iyi bir iş yapmışsın. Gelişebilirlerse iyi oyuncular olacaklardır. Ama onların üstüne iyi düşmek lazım.

Hocam regenleri transfer ederken fazla bir beklentim olmadan ufak bir ışık gördüğüm oyuncuyu alıyorum. İyi performans verirse takımda baki kalıyor .

Örneğin Ethem 40B €'ya transfer ettim gayet güzel oynuyor. Aynı şekilde Ali Mustafa'dan iyi şeyler bekliyorum.

Gs karşısında diziliş değiştirmişsin
Gidişatın güzel. Joel takımı sırtlıyor. Bu sezon şampiyonluk rahat gelecek gibi çünkü takım çok pozisyon buluyor.

Gs maçında yardımcım bu dizilişi önerdi maça bu taktikle başladım ama ilerleyen zamanda gine aynı taktikle devam ettik.
