You just need to have Steam running at work, with your account. Then download the game, click back up local content when it's done and put it on your disk or flash drive thing.
Then delete local content and log off steam. Get home and start up steam in your account again and put the flash drive stuff into steam, I'm not sure exactly how to do that though.
It is possible and should work fine though anyway. I'm just unsure about how to put it back into steam, you may just have to whack it into the Steam directory in steam apps

Kısacası steame üyelik ile girip fm yi backup yapıp,cd yada flash belleğe atın diyor,ardından steam den ofline olup eve gidip steame giriş yapıp flash bellekten backup dosyalarını pc ye atın diyor,ondan sonrasından kendiside emin değil ama böyle olacağını belirtmiş.
