Arkadaşlar uefa.com da geziyordum.Türkiye bölümüne girdim baktım kayserispor'a birde ne göreyim bizim Fm türkiye araştırmacısı Türker Tozar ağabey yazmış yazıyı ama Trabzon'dan gibi kelime geçiyor bişey anladıysam arap olayım aynen kopyalıyorum:

A strong side makes Turkey contenders at the UEFA European Under-19 Championship although it is the cutting edge provided by İlhan Parlak that could prove the difference in Poland.
Elite excellence
The 19-year-old Kayserispor forward was largely a peripheral figure in the qualifying round, playing only 101 minutes despite featuring in all three of Turkey's matches. He burst into life in the Elite round, however, scoring twice against both Georgia and ? decisively ? Slovakia and also netting against the Republic of Ireland to help his country into the finals. His adept finishing and skilful all-round play with his club's U19 team had previously caught the eye, and his displays in Slovakia showed he could cut it at international level.
Quickfire strike
İlhan had already made his mark in the Turkish Superleague with the fastest goal in the top flight since 1959 on 30 April 2006. The teenager struck after just 15 seconds of Kayserispor's game at Sivasspor, setting his side on the way to a 5-0 victory and serving notice of his considerable talent. He registered in his next league match as well, a 7-2 defeat of Vestel Manisaspor, although those were the only goals yielded by his 18 league appearances, including nine starts.
Turkish strength
Nor is İlhan Turkey's sole rising star. The consistently improving displays of right-back Serdar Kurtuluş have earned a move to Istanbul giants Beşiktaş JK, which is sure to give a significant boost to the player on the eve of the tournament. İlhan's strike partner Caner Erkin was a target for several clubs before opting to stay with Manisaspor while the energy of midfielder Serdar Özkan will be crucial. Turkey have every reason to be optimistic.
